- In this electronic age, everyone should be able to vote on the Association's business, not just the board of directors who are out of touch; you should be able to:
- Vote online on all items; or
- Allow the sitting board to have your vote; or
- Allow the Village Woods Fun Party to have your vote
- It's YOUR association, you should have a say
- Total Fun
- We should be able to have a say in how this place operates
- It should be OK to have barbecues, pool parties and use the clubhouse
- We should be trusted to do these things without harassment, as long as we are nice
- We should not fear the board, the management company or other association members
- Environmental Responsibility
- No, it's fun, really. Because it saves us money and increases property values
- Solar power on the roofs, out of sight lines
- Would save money
- Could even be free to install
- Water the plants with Grey Water
- The water from our sinks could water the plants for free
- Could even be free to install
Party Platform
The Village Woods Fun Party is the (quasi) political party in opposition to whatever party the current board belongs to. Until we find out, we're going to call it the Weak Tea Party because no one likes weak tea. The problem with the Weak Tea Party is that they're a shadow party with no platform - unlike The Village Woods Fun Party, whose platform is:
