Board of Directors

Pretty pool, ugly signs, controlled access.

Did you know that condo associations are nonprofits and that nonprofit organizations belong to the state, that the board holds the association in trust for the people, and they are required, by law, to run the organization as they would their own business?


There are openings on the board and wouldn't it be nice if Village Woods Fun Party members filled them?  The current board are:

President,
Vice President,
Secretary,

The Fun Party believes these people to be out of touch, negligent and should either:

1. Get with the program;
2. Get off the board and let someone else have some fun; or
3. Get a real estate agent and get out
